We think we're going to switch back from {digital cable + HDTV} to regular cable. Yeah, we won't get the extra channels, but we're not using the on-demand stuff, and the extra monthly charges are *expensive* -- plus we'd need to buy a new HD TiVo. Plus we might get to see a lot of our regular programs in HDTV anyway, since it appears that we get a handful of primary channels in HDTV with regular cable. So we're going to back off and figure out what our priorities are, if any, in this area. In the meantime, we get to enjoy having everything just be a bit bigger. :-)
Oop, the house is shaking...I'm guessing that the transformer is back for its second day of work.
