G wanted to visit REI this morning to look for, among other things, some new athletic shoes for a boxing-type exercise class that he's taking. I suggested (with some amusement) that he toss a pair if he was going to buy a pair, as I thought he had more shoes than I had. So he poked his nose into our closet, and we took the opportunity to sort through our stock of old shoes.
I will be donating 16 well-loved but now obsolete pairs of shoes (and one beautiful wedding dress *sniffle*) to our favorite local charity this morning. :-) Yay space and simplicity!
Next step for today: sort through our hockey gear in preparation for this afternoon's NCWHL gear sale.
